Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Fee

Our initial consultation request is processed for a nominal fee (currently ₹11). Due to the personalized and manual nature of the service, this fee covers manual verification and scheduling costs.

2. Cancellation Before Confirmation

If you wish to cancel your consultation request before we have manually verified and confirmed your appointment, you may do so by contacting us on WhatsApp. In this case, the fee may be refunded within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

3. Cancellation After Confirmation

Once your appointment is confirmed and scheduled, cancellations are generally non-refundable, given the nature of the time commitment from our side.

4. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time by contacting us on WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

5. Manual Verification Note

Please note that appointment confirmations are subject to manual verification of the payment screenshot provided during request submission. We reserve the right to cancel requests where verification fails.
